A:Nothing. MusicPeeps wants to help you grow your business in a cost-effective way. You will never pay for a lead whether your lead signs up for lessons or not.

Q:Will my website have advertisements of other companies on my web pages?

A:No. MusicPeeps wants to maintain the focus of our site on private music teachers and therefore made a business decision not to sell ad space on MusicPeeps.com.

Q:What is BizMaestroTM?

A:BizMaestroTM is a studio and business management tool that solves the most time-consuming and expensive problems facing private music teachers. Core features include automatic tracking, collection, and deposit of lesson payments, automatic invoicing, online student enrollment, online scheduling, student/parent communication tools, progress reports, and income reporting. Q:Do I need to install specific software on my local computer in order to use BizMaestroTM?

A:No. BizMaestroTM is web-based, meaning that the software is delivered over the Internet through a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. All you and your students need to utilize the power of BizMaestroTM is an Internet connection, giving you optimal mobility and flexibility for managing your business.

Q:I currently manage my own studio. How is BizMaestroTM still a cost-effective tool for me?

A:BizMaestroTM will cut your administrative time by at least 75 percent. For example, if you currently spend four hours per month collecting and depositing payments, generating invoices, tracking what students owe, enforcing policy, updating schedules, communicating progress and cancellations, calling parents for important announcements, etc.), BizMaestroTM automates most of those tasks and cuts your administrative time to one hour or less. Q:What if certain times of the year I do not teach private lessons. Do I still have to pay for BizMaestroTM even when I’m not teaching lessons?

A:No. There is no setup fee and no minimum commitment. If you are not making money, neither are we. Our business grows only as we are successful in helping you manage and grow yours. Herein lies another advantage of using BizMaestroTM as a cost-effective solution: whether you have 2 students or 50, a small service fee is collected for each lesson payment dollar processed by BizMaestroTM.

Q:What is the small service fee to use BizMaestroTM?

A:BizMaestroTM collects just $0.07 for every dollar processed, which already includes all direct deposit and credit card processing fees paid to banks in your behalf. In addition, BizMaestroTM will do much more than collect payments for you! Click here to learn more.

Q:So my students can pay for lessons automatically with a credit card or directly from their bank account? That sounds great, but will BizMaestroTM be safe and secure?

A:Yes and yes. When your student enrolls for lessons online, BizMaestroTM will allow your student (or parent) to choose any major credit card or direct bank account (ACH) transfer to pay for lessons. You won’t manage any of their payment information–that’s BizMaestro’s job. You just tell BizMaestroTM where you want your lesson payments deposited.

MusicPeeps takes data handling and data privacy very seriously. All payment information is transmitted safely and securely using the very best industry-standard encryption techniques. All payment information is stored electronically in an encrypted format within a PCI-compliant data storage facility.

Q:I’m interested in using BizMaestroTM, but I’m still a little nervous to try something new. What should I do?

A:Start small and see whether it’s right for you. Take BizMaestroTM for a test drive by bringing just a few of your students online. When the time is right, bring more and more of your students online until you are realizing the full efficiency intended for BizMaestroTM users.
